  Just like many of the other reviews mentioned above, slow, slow, slow. Every time I come here to do business I leave angry. Always short staffed and the people who do work here are standing around. They act as if because you didn't use the atm that you are bothering them. Always a struggle. I like to give a place the benefit before judging, however after at least half a dozen bad experiences I've made up my mind. On The contrary, the personal bankers tend to be very helpful compared to the single teller on duty.

  Could care less about customer!! This bank is terrible and they like to have 1 slow teller and absolutely care less if twenty people are waiting. Obviously don't want walk-in clients and hope you leave if you are one. They always tell you to go online or to their ATM. They do not want little weekly blue collar workers and do all they can to anger you and force you elsewhere. I have a business account there that I will be closing this week to move over to Wells Fargo or my Suntrust account. Both these banks are 500% better!
